Creating and simulating a structure in python

I have included what I have so far; the part I’m stuck on has a comment labeled ‘M1 and M2 fixed’. I need to finish Part 2 ‘first steps’ steps 2 – 4, which can be found of the last page of the document labeled ‘MECH203_Design_Istruction_Part2_Final’. And I need to do Part 3 which is creating a structure.

I want to make a truss bridge that is as cheap as possible to support a given load (the load is up to you, as long as it’s reasonable. Reasonable meaning, the force is what you would normally expect a bridge to hold, with traffic).

Crisis intervention model

Focusing on one intervention strategy, examine the social work literature for research about the strategy selected for intervention with the client system. Be certain to use current (last five years) social work literature. Review at least four (4) articles. Address issues of age, gender, class, sexuality, race, ethnicity, spirituality/religion, and disability, as appropriate.
Summarize and critique each article  as a literature review. There should be enough substance within the body of your review to equal 4 pages. make sure to look up article article with suicide.

Design a final intervention plan based on your findings from the professional social work literature about suicide.  Be sure to include SMART goals designed and interconnected that make sense with the plan

Song of Roland

The Song of Roland, a tradition of oral tales that was finally written down about the year 1100, and the Lancelot story, written down by Chrtien de Troyes in roughly 1170, recount different facets of the chivalric or feudal code, of the code of behavior that emerged around the year 1100 in Western Europe and that portrayed an ideal set of values for noblemen warriors.  Roland portrays a masculine world of brave warriors who commit their lives to protecting their superiors, while the Lancelot story portrays a feminized world where men submit themselves fully to the women they love.

Write a paper of a minimum of 200 words describing the masculine or feminine characteristics of the people and the plot in each story.  You might think of Roland being written for a masculine audience, and Lancelot being written for a female audience.  If that is true, then how do these stories appeal to both of those audiences?  Are there areas where the values of each story conflict with the values of the other?

Be sure to double-space your work and put your name on the top.  Underline the title Song of Roland.  There is no specific title for the Lancelot story, so you don’t need an underline or quotation marks for Lancelot.  Proofread your work carefully for clarity and for grammar and construction before you submit it.  Join us in the discussion forum (See “Discussions” at left) in order to understand these materials and in order to organize your essay.  I also encourage you to take advantage of the Writing Center on each of the Valencia campuses to get help with organizing your ideas and proofreading drafts of your work.  Alternatively, you may use the online proofreading help offered you through SmarThink, available through Atlas.

They also are requiring me to add an annotated bibliography, works cited, in-text citations, footnotes, and an appendix. This is a rough draft of mine that is totally subject to change. The teachers gave us this assignment to be done in daily portions. I don’t know what an appendix is and my teacher has done a very poor job of explaining, so if you could teach me what a proper appendix is that would be great. I am especially worried about the cohesion of ideas in the paper.
Thank you so much!

I have attached:
My research paper with what I’ve done so far, my proposal, the grading rubric, the sources I am using in my essay, the 12 day lesson plan, and other instructions given by my teacher.

Appreciative Inquiry

Required reading (Pasted) is in word doc.  Two PDFs attached as part of background reading.

For this assignment, first carefully review the required background materials. Make sure you remember the standard organizational development approaches covered in Module 1. Then make sure you understand the main principles of Appreciative Inquiry and how they compare to traditional organizational development approaches (action research, problem solving). It is also important to understand what is involved in each of the 5 Ds Define, Discovery, Dream, Design, and Destiny.
When you are finished reviewing the background materials, go through each of the scenarios below and apply what youve read to these scenarios. For each scenario, cite at least one of the required readings to support your answer. You should cite at least three of the four required readings in your paper. Your paper should be 45  pages in length:
1.    A corporation notices that suddenly turnover in the human resource department has been extremely high. This corporations prides itself on having a dedicated and committed workforce, so this high turnover in one department is highly troubling for this company. Normally the human resource department investigates when there is a high turnover rate in a department. But since the human resource department is now the department with the high turnover rate, the CEO decides that an outside consultant should be hired to investigate the high turnover rate and propose solutions. Should this team use an Appreciative Inquiry consultant, or hire a more traditional Organizational Development consultant? Explain your reasoning with references to the required readings.
2.    An organization hires an Appreciative Inquiry consultant to help the company get back on track and improve the performance of its product design team. The consultant starts by asking members of the team how they would like the team to perform and what their ideal vision of the team would be. The consultant collects all of this input and designs a detailed plan regarding how to achieve this ideal future that the team dreams about. However, once this detailed plan is presented to the team they are all shocked that the consultant came up with such an unrealistic plan. Team members say that the expenses involved in this plan are far beyond their budget, and they would also need to hire many new team members in order to achieve this plan in a realistic time frame. They all agree it would be great if they had the time and money to implement this plan, but they also are in consensus that this plan presented by the consultant is highly unrealistic. What do you think went wrong? What steps do you think the Appreciative Inquiry consultant could have taken to make the consulting process go better? Refer to the specific 5 Ds of Appreciative Inquiry in your answer.
3.    A group of ten friends decide to start a new social networking company and put their savings together to start this new business. The company grows rapidly for the first five years and morale is very high in the company during this time. Everyone gets along very well and they work together cooperatively in order to continuously improve the company and its services. However, after five years the company stops growing and seems to reach a plateau. Morale seems to drop and there is now noticeable tension between employees including the top leadership team. They are not sure what to do revive the company, so they decide to hire a consultant. Should this team use an Appreciative Inquiry approach or a more traditional organizational development approach? Explain your reasoning with references to the required readings.
4.    A large supermarket chain decides they would like to expand to have an online division where consumers can order online and have their groceries delivered directly to their homes. The supermarket decides to create a special taskforce to come up with a detailed plan on how they should develop and manage the new online division. This taskforce includes a diverse variety of employees including those from the marketing department, accounting department, inventory department, and most of the main departments. These employees do not have much experience working with each other since they are from different departments. After meeting regularly for a few months, the taskforce makes almost no progress and are constantly bickering. Management is concerned that the online division will never get off the ground. To get back on track and find a way to function more smoothly, should this taskforce use an Appreciative Inquiry approach or a more traditional organizational development approach? Explain your reasoning with references to the required readings.

What is musical nationalism in the U.S.?

After reading Conflicting Perspectives on Patriotism Within Music Education in the United States During Wartime, by Assistant Professor of Music Education at the College-Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati, Amy C. Beegle, please contemplate the following questions in an online discussion submission:

Reflect on the music education you received as a child. What do you remember about the music classes that you took around that time, and before that time? If you attended school in the United States, do you recall learning the National Anthem or any other national music? If you attended school outside of the United States, what patriotic or nationalistic music were you required to learn? How were you introduced to music of cultures outside or your own?
Pretend you decided to pursue a degree and career in music education. Dont worry, the salary is also hypothetical. In your opinion, what should be the primary educational concerns of a music teacher? Should the promotion of nationalistic philosophies and ideals be among them? Why or why not?
Your submission may take the form of an original Thread, or you can compose a Reply to another student’s Thread that respectfully expands on their ideas or experiences. For this Discussion there is no graded component to respond to a peer. Your answers to these questions should be no more than 300 words in total. After the Due Date and Time no more submissions will be accepted.
