Conflict Climate

Conflicts do not occur in a vacuum. The conflict climate, consisting of threats of power abuse, competition, distrust and defensiveness, may cause the conflict to escalate. How does it relates to your life situation? The purpose of this essay is to apply correctly the key terms, principles, and suggestions to conflicts in your life.
Write a brief essay in which you apply key concepts and suggestions to your own life situation, past, present, or future. Use the following Objectives and Key Terms to identify the key concepts.
