Book Review

– Students will be required to write a five page reaction paper to the book, Curevball: Spies, Lies, and the Con Man Who Caused a War. The paper should not be a summary of the book, but rather an analysis and reflection of the important themes.
– The paper should make reference to relevant course materials including readings, media, and class discussions.
– Some of the significant themes of the book students should include in their paper are:

Politicized Intelligence
Layering
Proximity of the IC to policy makers

Note:  This list is not all inclusive, rather a starting point for students to consider when reading the book.
– The other attached readings that I’ve attached are from class that should be relevant
