1) A single graphic or slide that illustrates a model, framework or template that might be useful to a
business analyst that we have not covered in class and that you think might be new to me.

2) Choose one of the three cases we have looked at in the class so far and produce 3 deliverables to support a Problem Identification Stage.

3) Invent and use (in one deliverable) your own Framework or Model that might help someone understand
the issues you face in a major challenge in your life right now. Many of you might choose online
university as your challenge (which is fine) but you can also choose something more unique or focused.
