The CFO, Singh, is concerned about whether the employees are properly incentivized to input the data accurately. So she enlists the help of the CEO, Manzoni, to plan a retreat in which she highlighted the importance of proper data entry to the 10 hospital administrators that are in charge of running the hospitals.
