Topic :
Ancient Astronomy – How has someone, or a group of people, contributed to our understanding of the Universe in an important and/or unique way?  Why were their contributions important to our understanding of the Universe and/or to society in general?  This could focus on scientific, cultural, or other aspects.

The essay must be no more than 1,000 words with 1 inch margins, 12 point Times New Roman font (three pages maximum). The word limit includes citations of sources.

Need to research topic in reliable sources, and of course, need to cite sources of information.
