1. Explain why law is a crucial part of public health practice.

2. Discuss the ethical challenges of enforcing public health laws. (Support your answer with an example.)

3. Identify and describe the three types of public health law.

4. Identify and discuss two items on the list of the Ten Essentials Public Health Services that relate to ethics and integrity.
