Construction technics

Site Selection:There are plentyof active construction sitesin NYC(active means visible incomplete work), but your teamcan choose aproject in any city as long asyou have at least oneteam member living thereto take the videos and/or photos that will be required.Safely Visible Requirement:The project should be highly visible from safe vantage points.  Do not enter any construction sites!High rise apartment buildings are examples of construction that would be visible in this way. However, teams are free to select another type of project that meets the safely visiblecriterion. Content:Your video shouldbe an explanation of anything and everything that can be directly seen on an active construction site as well as anything that you can logically infer from what you see.  Recall the breakout session exercisesthat we did during our first class. Think of those, but more in-depth. The video should provide many images or videos of construction but with narration rather than text providing the explanation.  grading on originality and your ability to discuss multiple construction means and methods, systems and construction management topics based on specific things that you can see and are showing us onyour construction site.  The more specific, actual construction that you can discuss, the better. For example, if you see formwork andcan identify the specific manufacturer and model and what is being formed, that would be great.  On a hypotheticalproject, one might say something like:oThe formwork we’re looking at is manufactured by Doka.  It appears to be a climbing system and is being used to construct the concrete cores on the north and south sides of the building.  Markings on the formwork indicate that is the Doka SKE100 plus climbing systems.  The Doka website describes the SKE plus formwork as “hydraulic climbing formwork” that is “crane-independent climbing formwork for

I should be able to follow-along using the transcript with every word I hear in the video. Essentially, it is your script. It maybe checked using anti-plagiarism software to ensure that it has not been copied from Wikipedia or other sources

The final paper will assess your ability to apply knowledge learned throughout the course by developing a comprehensive examination of one federal agency of the United States Government or a well-known nonprofit organization locally or nationally.

The paper should detail the basic mission and operations of the organization you selected.
You should briefly describe the history of the organization (e.g. founding date, important events, growth and change of the organization) but only provide details that are important to understanding it today.
Next you should detail the organizations stakeholders and political opponents/supporters.  Make sure to explain why these stakeholders support or oppose the agency and their reasons for doing so, what and how have public opinions changed the organization, which groups support and which disagree with the organizations mission/goals.
Next, provide at least one example of a large goal/program the organization is pursuing
Then explain how their interactions with their organizational environment have impacted their success at reaching that goal.
Finally, your paper should examine how the organizations structure or design has impacted its ability to be successful (e.g. in the case of the NASA the explosion of the space shuttle challenger was impacted by who and how voices were brought into the decision to launch).
Resource Requirements – A minimum of 5 separate sources must be used for this paper (in addition to the assigned readings from the course). The agencys website and other reputable sites are authorized. Sites such as Wikipedia.com are not. Great weight will be given to non-websites sources such as books, magazines, journals, newspapers, articles, interviews, etc.

Dont forget to use APA style for your citations.

Length The paper should be approximately 6 pages. Points will be deducted for those shorter than 6 pages or longer than 8 pages (not including cover pages, abstracts, works cited or references). The paper will be graded based on its comprehensiveness, focus, organization, support, clarity and thoughtfulness.

Materials of Civilization

The paper should include information about a particular material discovery, material improvement, property discovery, property improvement or process development, material improvement, property discovery, improvement, or process development that impacted the course of human civilization. What technology did it displace in its application (if any)? How did its development come about? Who did it?Did geography play a role? Did anything else have to be developed/discovered in order for your topic to have happened? Was there any controversy involved along the way?Was the adoption slow or rapid, and why?
