This assignment directly relates to two others that I would need to turn in the near future. The possible topics are included in the instructions; however It does not necessarily need to be about any of these topics.  I do not have a preference, nevertheless, if the writer chooses to pick one that is related to my workplace; it would have to be military related as I am a helicopter mechanic in the ARMY (Professor is tracking this already).  Depending on the outcome, I would prefer to have the same writer assist me with the subsequent assignments as they all build on one another.

Writing Assignment 2 consists of answering Critical Thinking Questions from Chapter 6 numbers 4, 6, and 11. Each writing assignment is worth 7.5% of you overall grade in ADJ 107 (Survey of Criminology). Please answer each of the assigned questions in 3-6 paragraphs (4-6 sentences per paragraph) using proper A.P.A. writing techniques. Each writing assignment is scored out of 50 points. Outside scholarly sources and the textbook will be needed to answer the questions. Please use Times New Roman 12 font and double space the document.

This historical case-law can be related to: search and seizure, stop and frisk, searches for evidence, or police interrogation and confessions. Provide an in-depth discussion of the findings of each article. With respect to the specific case law you have analyzed, defend constitutional democracy and the issues raised in case-law from a Christian worldview.

Milestone 3 Methodology

For Milestone Three, you will continue to build off of your previous work toward your final project and evaluate the methodology of the five articles you included in your annotated bibliography, such as their validity and ethical considerations. Your research here will help your supervisor ensure his or her future research is both ethical and valid.
