Research Paper (Review the Grading Rubric): A major component of this class is a minimum 2250-word term APA research paper excluding the words in the Cover page, Abstract page, and Reference page. It represents a substantial effort on your part to research and write an in-depth paper. No more than 25 % of the written assignment in this course may be attributed to referenced sources. Your paper must be 75% original thought. Again, your cited work and quotations must not exceed 25%. You must use and cite a minimum of five primary sources with no more than two being internet sources in the text and on the Reference page. Dictionaries and encyclopedias are not appropriate or considered adequate as referenced sources. Through this exercise, you will begin to learn how to read a contract. To do so, you will need to read the Website Development Agreement (attached).

You must determine from the contract language what part it is or which contract concepts were used to memorialize the business deal. The first column has a series of boxes that asks you to identify a contract part or the language used to express the contract concept that formed the basis of a provision. Work place Stress in the Fire Station

Your task is to contemplate some of the most common contributors or causes to personal workplace stress and how this stress affects your performance. After you have done this, review some of the stress management methods that have been discussed in this unit (or through your own research) that you have not implemented before and that are of particular interest to you.

Next, extend the relationships between stress mitigation and creativity development practices that you have not implemented before or that interest you. How can enhancing your creativity help with stress mitigation? Explain.

Your proposal should address the following questions or issues. In all cases, defend or justify your answers or procedures, especially with specific references to relevant concepts, ideas, or passages in the assigned readings for the course, as well as to the references which you may have found in your library search. This assignment is not based on opinions, therefore academic sources must be utilized, and it ought to be written in the third person.

Each of the items in CAPS must be listed as a heading or a sub-heading in your evaluation proposal. If a question/issue does not apply, please explain why. The final product must include the following:

    Cover Page (consult an APA style guide)

    ABSTRACT (no more than 1 page, gives a brief overview of the contents of your paper, the abstract is written last after you have completed your entire paper)

    o    Of all evaluation techniques you have learned in the course which one will you use
to evaluate your policy or program?
    o    Is an experimental design relevant to your evaluation? If so, how? What form? If not, why not?
    o    Is your evaluation a process evaluation or an outcome evaluation? Why? How?
    o    What are the principal components of your evaluation design?
