Final Paper Instructions:

You are the manager of Acme Fireworks, a fireworks retailer who sells fireworks, puts on ground display fireworks, and large aerial display fireworks. The company started in the owners garage two years ago and now has 15 employees that you manage. The company started as a sole proprietorship, and the owner has never changed the entity. The owner has informed you that the company has received inquiries from several large businesses wondering if the company could create several fireworks displays on a regular basis. The owner told the inquirers that the company could fill such display orders, and a price per display was agreed upon. It was discussed that most of the cost for a fireworks display is for skilled labor, insurance, and the actual service of setting off the fireworks. No other details were discussed. The owner is anticipating that new employees will need to be hired, but he is worried that if the large orders for fireworks displays do not continue, the company will not have the funds to pay the new employees. The owner is now considering changing the business entity, but he does not know what entity to form or how to form it.

The owner has asked you to do the following:

-Determine if the contracts with the businesses will be governed by common law or the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), and explain why.

-Analyze whether the owner formed a contract with the businesses, and apply the five essential elements of an enforceable contract.

-Explain the potential personal liability to Acme Fireworks if a spectator is injured by a stray firework from a fireworks display.

-Discuss the different employment types and relationships relevant to agency law, and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each type specific to Acme Fireworks.

-Explain why Acme Fireworks should not operate as a sole proprietorship. Recommend a new business entity, and provide a rationale to support your recommendation.

School paper on the first amendment to the constitution. It comes with more details to it.

The First Amendment to the Constitution states Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. In 2015, Presidential candidate Donald Trump proposed that he would consider shutting down mosques in the U.S. Assume for the purposes of this assignment that Donald Trump was elected president in 2016 and that he wrote executive orders mandating that these proposals become policy.

Consider Donald Trumps statements from a Constitutional perspective. Would Trumps policies violate the First Amendment? Explain.
Suppose you are the lawyer involved in this case. Which side would you choose to represent, the U.S. Government as the defendant or the congregation of a Muslim mosque as the plaintiffs?
After deciding your position, please make arguments on behalf of your client (either the U.S. Government or the Muslim Congregation). Explain your position using your interpretation of the Constitution and relevant case law.

Your paper must be at least 1500 words.
Please double space your paper and use standard 12-point font.
Make sure to proofread your paper before submitting.
Please follow APA format when referencing information from outside sources.
Please include your word count at the end of your assignment.

Research Identification Assignment

Research Identification Assignment

After carefully reading and studying the complete situational report, contemplate which of the three roles/tracks you wish to assume for your term project.

In this module, you have reviewed a great example of an issues paper. Now you are to construct one based upon at least six issues that you have identified from the situational report. You will be attacking these issues from the position of an attorney, a police administrator, or a criminal investigator, so choose issues wherein your chosen discipline will be required. For instance, the criminal investigator would not choose to deal with the legality of an alleged speed trap or intersection cameras. Also, in your issues paper, address the type of research (library, Lexus-Nexus, other online sources, textbooks, etc.) you plan to undertake to inform your

As a continuation of our course project due in Unit VII (a Permit by Rule (PBR) Evaluation for Painting Operation Facility), complete the next sectionVOC and ES Content per Unitof your proposal by following the instructions carefully, and then submit your continued draft of your evaluation document into Blackboard for grading.
Closely read the required reading assignment from the textbook and the unit lesson in the study guide, and consider reading the suggested reading.
Open your proposal draft from Unit II, and make any improvements to your draft using your professors feedback from the Unit II Mini Project.
Open the Unit III Study Guide, and review the calculations demonstrated and explained (specifically regarding VOC and ES weights per gallon and per unit for our given scenario data). Be sure to use the scenario data instead of the data used in the study guide examples.
Make your Unit III work the second level 1 heading, titled VOC and ES Content per Unit. Describe the environmental, health, and safety (EHS) implications of VOCs in the work system while pulling from the textbook as well as any other relevant sources that are presented in the unit lesson in the study guide. In your description of the EHS implications of the system, be sure to discuss the natural and anthropomorphic variables causally related to indoor air pollution. Perform and present (not hand-written, but neatly typed) the calculations for both the VOC and ES values (in lbs) in this section of your project.
In your abstract section (page 2 of the document), write one or two sentences that reflect your work for this unit. Remember that we are adding one sentence per unit to reflect our work as we go, with the final abstract length being about 8 to 10 sentences long.
Your narrative and calculations for the VOC and ES content per unit must be presented in at least 200 words (minimum). You are required to use at least one outside source, which may be your textbook. All sources used, including the textbook, must be referenced; paraphrased and quoted material must have accompanying APA citations.
