This functionality has been set so that you can receive an Originality Report each time that you submit your assignment. [I strongly recommend that you submit it (perhaps several times, depending upon how you write) several times before this assignment is due. That way, you can use the Originality Reports for your earlier drafts as a tool to ensure that you will not have any potential plagiarism issues with your final draft, which will be graded.]
3. Ensure that you write formally and use proper grammar, spelling, and citations (in footnotes, not endnotes).
4. Proofread your paper several times to ensure that you have no errors and to ensure that your paper flows well and is well organized so that your thoughts flow neatly from one idea to the next.
engineering
You are an engineer in a design, build, and operate construction firm. The firm has received four requests for proposals (RFPs) and can only respond to one of these. You have been asked to review the RFP from Washentaw County, Michigan, and write up a three-page executive summary for the marketing team. After reading all of the executive summaries, the marketing team will make a decision about which, if any, of the RFPs to respond to.
The RFP from Washentaw County is located here: https://www.washtenaw.org/DocumentCenter/View/2386/RFP-6857-PDF
Your executive summary should include the following items:
an introduction that includes a detailed overview of the project scope;
identification of the required information to be included into the company response to the RFP;
your concerns about any of the obligations in the RFP;
how any negotiations with Washentaw County could affect the decision (i.e.,What collaborative methods of problem solving could be used to solve the marketing teams problem of choosing an RPF? How could these methods be applied to this situation?); and
your justified recommendation to respond or to pass on this business opportunity. This should include a description of the leadership and management principles that factored into your decision.
Also, as stated in the RFP, the criteria for making a decision will depend on the following three areas: price, collection and methodology, and responsiveness to the bid. While you cannot address the price issue, you can cover in your recommendation discussion the collection methodology and the level of detail that you would recommend when responding to the bid.
Your response should be at least three pages in length.
Case Brief
Find four cases from your state that discuss the formation of the attorney-client relationship. For each case, prepare a one-page legal brief as you learned to do in Legal Research and Writing I. In case you need a quick reminder, a legal brief identifies and discusses: Issue, Rule, Holding/Decision and Analysis/Reasoning of the case. Each case must consider a different issue stemming from the attorney-client relationship. Remember to use Bluebook format and citations.
Westlaw campus research is the database where students can conduct legal research and not a specific resource it would be like directing them to roadrunner to conduct a search.
Your assignment should demonstrate an understanding of legal writing, as well as the differences between legal writing and academic writing. It should demonstrate thoughtful consideration, a good understanding of the substantive content and demonstrate your ability to communicate information clearly, effectively and in an appropriate tone. Your response should reflect graduate-level writing and BLUEBOOK standards for formatting and citation. Be sure to adhere to Northcentral University’s Academic Integrity Policy.

White Collar Offenders vs Serial Killers
The purpose of this case study is to provide insight into developments in studies of criminology that provide different avenues of approach to assist major crime investigations involving psychological profiles that relate to similar psychologies of crime. This includes major crimes ranging from serial killers to profiling cases involving white-collar and public-order crimes.
Please review the following serial killer cases as they relate to lesser crimes of public order and white-collar crimes that that serve as lesser tools employed by serial killers to gain access to victims. The FBI and other law enforcement agencies are discovering that investigation strategies and techniques used for major crimes such as serial killings may indeed provide clues leading to the discovery and prosecution of major white-collar offenders.
Research two to three major white-collar offenders and two to three serial killers, and provide a contrast and comparison with serial killer offenders. Determine the following:
What, if any, white-collar and public-order crimes were committed by each of the serial killer or sex offenders based on social learning and trait theories?
Determine how those crimes facilitated negative reinforcement that may have contributed to the evolution into a serial killer.
Confirm how the FBIs use of criminal profiling may help resolve major white-collar crimes and public-order crimes.
Your case study must be a minimum of two pages in length and must include at least three of the references including the FBI profiling strategy website listed below. You may, of course, include other references discovered from your own research. All sources used must be referenced; paraphrased and quoted material must have accompanying citations in APA format.
