You have been selected by your boss to present to a group of up-and-coming leaders on the topic of leading a productive team. Computer applications that run on desktop and laptop computers have, for a long time, been designed to be driven by dragging and clicking a mouse. With the introduction of tablet personal computers, the trend has shifted toward using touch-based screens. We now have access to touch-based TVs, touch-based monitors, touch-based laptops and touch-based tablets. Touch and multi-touch devices provide end users with the ability to interact physically with an application much more naturally.

Imagine that you are the Information Technology Director of a major chain restaurant, and you have been assigned to design a menu ordering application that can run on all devices. Examine whether using a touch-screen monitor, a tablet, or using a mouse to select menu items to place an order would be most efficient. Speculate how employees would interact with these devices and the type of emotional reaction that customers and employees will experience while placing a beverage, appetizer or entre order.

Consider your audience you are writing in the role of an MTC business analyst and your audience is MTC and your boss, the CIO.  Dont discuss MTC as if the reader has no knowledge of the organization.  Also do not reference stage # or case study these are class terms and would not be in a business report. Use third person consistently throughout the report.  In third person, the writer avoids the pronouns I, we, my, and ours. The third person is used to make the writing more objective by taking the individual, the self, out of the writing. This method is very helpful for effective business writing, a form in which facts, not opinion, drive the tone of the text. Writing in the third person allows the writer to come across as unbiased and thus more informed.

    Create a title page that includes:  The company name, title of report, your name, Course and Section number and date.
    In Stage 1, you are preparing the first part of a 4-stage report.  Use the structure, headings, and outline format provided here for your report.  Use the numbering/lettering in the assignment instructions as shown below.

Criminal Acts

Criminal acts refer to actions leading to violation of laws, which is punishable by the government (USLEGAL, 2019). Misdemeanors are offenses of less aggravated than felonies, and therefore they are punishable by imprisonment and fine. A felony, on the other hand, is a crime of grave (Flight & Pardew, 2018). Felonies are punishable by death or imprisonment of more than one year.

Criminal acts include Robbery, which refers to a theft involving physical harm of a victim or inflicting fear and threat of bodily injury. Murder is defined as an act of killing with intention. Attempted murder can only be proven if the defendant had the intention to commit a crime or the defendant’s action did not result in a crime or the defendant unconcealed from committing the crime.

Euthanasia, which is also known as mercy killing, is a criminal act of putting a person with an incurable disease into a painless death. A manslaughter is an act of killing a person without cruelty. A conspiracy is an act of two people coming together to commit a criminal act. Larceny, which is also stealing, can only be proven if, without reason, the perpetrator took and carried away the assets; the culprit did not own the goods: the offender took the assets intending to hold it permanently. Abuse is the mental or physical harm of a person.  Sexual assault is an act of sexual contact or behavior without the consent of the recipient.
