Within your essay, provide the information below.

Give three reasons as to why employees do not share knowledge.
Give three solutions that your organization can incorporate to encourage knowledge sharing among employees.
Discuss the benefits that each solution offers and how each solution promotes knowledge sharing.
For this essay, create a fictitious company name and location, and make your suggestions specific to that company. In the introduction, give the company name and location and some brief background information about the company and industry. Feel free to choose any industry (e.g., technology, manufacturing, or advertising) that interests you, and add any details that you think are necessary for your essay.

Evidence Based practice

As your EBP skills grow, you may be called upon to share your expertise with others. While EBP practice is often conducted with unique outcomes in mind, EBP practitioners who share their results can both add to the general body of knowledge and serve as an advocate for the application of EBP.

In this Discussion, you will explore strategies for disseminating EBP within your organization, community, or industry.

To Prepare:

Review the Resources and reflect on the various strategies presented throughout the course that may be helpful in disseminating effective and widely cited EBP.
This may include: unit-level or organizational-level presentations, poster presentations, and podium presentations at organizational, local, regional, state, and national levels, as well as publication in peer-reviewed journals.
Reflect on which type of dissemination strategy you might use to communicate EBP.
By Day 3 of Week 9
Post at least two dissemination strategies you would be most inclined to use and explain why. Explain which dissemination strategies you would be least inclined to use and explain why. Identify at least two barriers you might encounter when using the dissemination strategies you are most inclined to use. Be specific and provide examples. Case Study Assignment

The purpose of case studies is for you to use your critical thinking skills. Utilize the knowledge you have acquired from your other business classes as well as what you have currently learned in this Ethics class to analyze the business situation and answer the provided corresponding questions for each Case Study Assignment.  One of the objectives of these case studies is to prove your competency in the written form of communication.  Therefore, you must be thoughtful and thorough in your answers.  Simply listing your responses is unacceptable.  In addition, I expect proper grammar and punctuation to be used.  Consequently, it is in your best interest to proofread your work before submission.  Furthermore, answering case study questions with 1-2 sentences is not acceptable.  You need to clearly state your answers; form your opinion if asked; and be able to justify your answers.  Please refer to the rubric for further grading criteria. I highly encourage you to utilize supplementary sources in addition to your textbook. This will provide you a more thorough overview of the case study.  Regardless, if you decide to use sources outside your textbook or the textbook alone, please provide in-text citations and a reference page at the end.  Instructions for Case Study Assignments: For each assignment, you will have 1 case to read, analyze, and answer the provided corresponding questions.  To thoroughly answer the case questions, your assignment should be between 3-4 pages.
