lesson learned1

During a project, it is a best practice to learn from these experiences and continue to improve on the project and how we are completing it based on what is and is not working. 
As a result of each two-week session, the project manager will conduct a lessons learned with the team and post a short paragraph to share what is and isn’t working around both the content of project management and the process of the team.  (One of my tricks is to always phrase posted lessons learned to the positive – it is easier to share what TO DO versus what not to do).  What should you as a team keep doing?  Or stop doing?  Or start doing?  From a project management content perspective, what tools/techniques are valuable?  What can be done differently? 

for first couple weeks me and my team did the project background analysis and scope analysis of the project, we did online meeting and assign each part to different member, and we asked the instructor and other groups about the stuff we were not sure. I have attached the project under.

Compensation Strategy

Instructions:You are the director of compensation for a midsized organization. Prepare a PowerPoint presentation that justifies the implementation of a new compensation strategy that will support the motivational needs of knowledge workers and reinforce the real-time performance appraisal system that the organization has embraced. While your goal is to retain, motivate, and grow the current workforce of multi-generational knowledge workers, you must also justify to your senior management that this compensation strategy is competitive in the marketplace.

Your presentation should describe a compensation program for knowledge workers. The title of the knowledge worker’s position is entirely up to you (e.g., sales executive I, systems engineer III, etc.). You may use various sources (including the lesson materials), but you must use at least one additional resource from the CSU Online Library. Include a reference slide, and cite any sources used in proper APA format. Your presentation should be a minimum of 12 slides in lengthnot counting the title and reference slides. You may also use the slide notes function to explain slide contents as necessary, but this is not required.

Be sure to address the questions below in your presentation.

What is the compensation strategy being proposed?
Did employees provide input?
Who else provided input?
What incentives are included in the plan? How will it motivate the employees?
How will employees determine fairness of the pay structure?
Why do you believe the employees will be satisfied with this plan? Justify the compensation strategy that supports the motivational needs of knowledge workers.
What is your communication plan for rolling out the new program?

Research Paper Description

The following is recommended to get the best possible grade on this research paper (and for most research papers for almost any subject/discipline):

Choose a topic with which you are profoundly interested. –(Cultural appropriation)
Try to view your topic as an interpretation, a particular viewpoint, or a problem that might be solved.
Conduct both books searching using the library catalog and journal article searches using a library search database. You could use the interlibrary loan procedure
DO NOT USE JUST INTERNET WEBSITES AS REFERENCES!
Always use parenthetical, in-text referencing as well as a separate work cited/references page at the end, in APA style as stated before.

CHANGE

Choose two specific types of changes you would like to see happen in groups or organizations with which you are familiar. Imagine that you were to try to bring about these changes. What sources of resistance should you anticipate? How would you manage the resistance? What change leadership theories would be most helpful and why?

Any topic about Biology

You may use any source (except Wikipedia) in your research paper. You must have at least 5 sources (APA style, see the APA document) for your paper. Your term paper needs to be at least 5 pages in length. The length means full pages, disregarding heading/title (which

should be on the cover page) and reference page. Have a running header and page number included on all pages. The paper must be typed, double spaced and size 12 font.

For this paper, the APA style is required for the reference page and the in text citations. See the APA document for guidelines. Note that APA in text citations are of format “Last name, year”, ex. Freeman, 2015. All the other criteria for the paper has been listed in the previous paragraph.

Please remember what ever direction you choose to go in the discussion, to approach it from a scientific perspective.

You are a doctor in a hospital, and a patient is experiencing trouble with her skin repairing itself from a cut. The patient is also expecting a child, but the cells in the reproduction development are experiencing malfunction in cell division.

1: Describe the stages of each type of cell reproduction process from a normal patient whose body cells can repair themselves and normal cell division during the reproductive development of the unborn baby.
2: Explain the disadvantages and advantages of each type of cell division.
3: Discuss how the patient experiencing problems with the cells repairing from the cut and the child’s reproduction development malfunctions can alter haploid and diploid cell development.

Mitigation Plan

Suggest mitigation strategies for each of the high-risk priorities in the natural, technological, and human caused categories for the fictional location of Bobsville.  Use the Hazard Vulnerability Assessment (HVA) that you completed in EDMG101, or if you have not taken EDMG101, use the sample HVA provided here.  You may be brief in your suggestions, a few words on how to mitigate each risk priority is sufficient.
