Hello The last Article you wrote for me is missing some few things per my professor
1. I need to Remove, the first names of my authors
2. At the end of each rhetorical device, I need to tell if I’m persuaded or not, and if not to explain why.
3. I need to add more content to my ethos and pathos
4. My reference on my reference page is NOT formatted correctly

Please let me know if you need me to send a copy of the article you wrote for me.

Any topic (writer’s choice)

The student will select a photojournalist of their choice and write a 1000-word critical essay on that person’s life and work. The essay should focus primary on the visual ideas, style, topics and approach the photographer is trying to use and how their images do that. It’s best understood as a statement about that person’s work. Using critical photographical analysis developed from the course materials, and the context of visual devices and storytelling, the essay must select, analyze and discuss at least three different images that serve as examples to the argument. Proper captions are required for all photos which may be difficult in some cases, however, news sources are not required for any of the images.  Please note that in academic writing, references and citations do not count towards the final word count.

Personal Nursing Philosophy

Please DO NOT include a title page it is not needed. I need an introduction plus four concept, a summary or conclusion and references. I have attached the instruction plus a grading rubric. I need 7th edition APA format NOT 6th. Again NO title page is needed.

In Week 6, you learned about the importance of diversity in forensic assessment, specifically, understanding the role of culture in behavioral presentations, including criminal behavior. Diversity considerations in diagnoses and test measures were also explored.

For Week 6s assignment, you will choose a forensic assessment measure to investigate. Your measure may be a risk assessment, structured clinical interview, personality test, trauma inventory, among others.

After reviewing and selecting a forensic measure, you will then design an advertisement for the measure, specifically marketing its use with diverse populations. Your advertisement should:

Discuss the importance of cultural competence in forensic assessment.

Explore the benefits of using a measure that is culturally competent.

Identify how the measure you selected is culturally competent and why it should be used, as opposed to another measure.

Be creative! This does not have to be a paper, but rather can be a flier or handout.

Support your advertisement with at least two references from peer-reviewed journals.

Length: 1-2 pages

cultural diversity

The purpose of your Signature Assignment is to apply the forensic psychology diversity information obtained throughout the course to the development of a culturally competent forensic psychology program. Your program must address diversity, but you can choose which setting you want it to be implemented in. Examples include cultural diversity curriculum for law enforcement, culturally competent forensic interview format, remediation or intervention for a specific population (women, children, minorities, mentally ill, substance users, etc.).

Your program proposal should:

Explain the purpose of your program, specifying the need for services. Identifying a current gap in services may be helpful, or you can model your program off an already developed approach.

Provide background information (population served, problem it is addressing, etc.) about the program.

Describe the organization of the program. Who will run it? Where will services be implemented? How long is the program? Who is incorporated (parents, family, community engagement)? If it is an intervention, provide the structure of the sessions.

Develop a plan for implementation. How long will it take to implement?

Discuss any ethical, legal, and moral concerns that may arise

Support your proposal with at least ten peer-reviewed references. Remember to incorporate your professors feedback from your outline submitted in Week 5 into your final proposal.

Length: 12-15 pages

Writing Formal Letters

I need two letters written,
1. Tell of a time when you misunderstood a message.

What was your psychological state at the time?

Do you think you would have understood the message differently if you had been in a different psychological state?

Answer the question in a Block Letter format as you learned to do in Section 9.2 of the textbook.  “Format” includes not only following figure 9.5, but also includes using proper font style, font size, and spacing. Students who use templates that include colors, lines, and large headers/footers/logos will lose points.

2. Read Through Complete Instructions For Each Assignment Before Completing or Submitting Any Assignments:

After reading Chapter 7, complete exercise “1” at the end of Section 7.4:

Select an article from a web site, book, newspaper,  magazine, or journal.
Titles of magazines, journals, newspapers and books  are in italics.
You will write your response in the form of a Block Letter and submit.
In the letter you must include the title of the writing, the author, and where published.
Imagine that you are delivering an evaluation to the author of the piece.

Using the strategies in this section, write a tactful and diplomatic critique and address it to the author – NOT to your professor.

Windhield Survey – Newark, NJ. USA (Ironbound Section)

1. Have someone drive you around the community or walk the community during the day.
2. Using the guideline on page 212, table 12.3 answer the appropriate questions pertaining to the community.
3. Submit a two page paper of the windshield survey.
4. Use headings and prepare the paper using APA 7th edition.
5. Provide references as necessary.

Details:
Each community has its own characteristics. These characteristics, along with demographic data, provide valuable information in understanding the population that lives within the community and the health status, strengths and limitations, risks, and vulnerabilities unique to the population of interest. Once you have defined a community of interest to assess, a windshield survey is the equivalent of a community head-to-toe assessment. The best way to conduct a windshield survey is to have a designated driver and at least one other passenger to scan the outline and take notes. Having one pair of eyes on the road, you can benefit from having several other individuals noticing the unique characteristics of the community and a shared experience provides additional insight. As you analyze your findings, it may be necessary to make a second tour to fill in any blanks. Many of us take these characteristics for granted, but they provide a rich context for understanding communities and populations and have significant impact on the health status of the community in general. You will report your findings in practicum conference and use relevant findings in your Community Problem Analysis paper, so collect your findings and analysis in a useful format.
