Instructions
Using Kaltura, or similar software, develop an asynchronous audiovisual presentation of your plan for implementing the new or upgraded health information technology, based on the technology change proposal you developed in Unit 6.

The requirements outlined below correspond to the grading criteria in the scoring guide. Be sure that, at a minimum, you address each criterion. You may also want to read the Technology Implementation Presentation Scoring Guide to better understand how each criterion will be assessed.

Also, you should enter your hours spent researching, interviewing, preparing, and presenting this proposal as experiential practicum hours into CORE ELMS.

Submission Requirements
Presentation Format
Remember, you may use Microsoft PowerPoint or other suitable presentation software to create your slides. If you decide to use an application other than PowerPoint, check with your instructor to avoid potential file compatibility issues.
Most presentations will likely be 10 to 15 slides in length (plus title and reference list slides).
For your video recording, you may use Kaltura or other technology of your choice.
Supporting Evidence
Cite a minimum of eight credible sources from peer-reviewed journals or professional industry publications to support your presentation.

I WILL DO THE AUDIO VERSION OF THIS ASSIGNMENT.  I NEED 10-12 Power Point Slides that just have the bullet pointed material.  I need the paper to be formatted like Speaker Notes.  The technology that will be implemented should be EPIC.  It is an advanced Electronic Health Record System that is used nationwide to keep track of and communicate health care data for patients.

There is no one uniform methodological approach for assessing the financial position of the organization before making capital financing decisions.

All financial decisions should not only rely upon the numbers, but that qualitative factors and ethical implications should also be factored into the decision-making process. This doesnt mean that the numbers should be ignored, but rather an acknowledgment that decisions need to take into consideration other relevant implications before being finalized.

In this project, you will be opening your own specialty cookie company to see how product costing methods and changes in production affect business decisions. You will be creating a series of reports and analyzing the results using the template provided to guide you through the project.

The learning objectives of this project are as follows:

Gain an understanding of product costing (direct materials, direct labor, and overhead).
Review job order costing.
Review process costing.
Make business decisions based on analyzing accounting data.
You will prepare a four- to five-page written report (including spreadsheets) with at least three scholarly sources using the Unit II Project Template. Your report will provide the following information:

Introduction
Part 1: Establish a cookie business selling only one type of specialty cookie with two employees making the cookies.

Create a name and establish a location for the business.
Construct a mission statement for the business.
Decide on the type of cookie you want to make and sell.
Part 2: Develop costing and sales information for 1,000 cookies.

Estimate and explain the cost per cookie based on job order costing (manufacturing overhead is 30% of direct labor costs). Prepare a job order cost sheet by researching and identifying the top five ingredients and their estimated costs as your direct materials. Research and identify the cost of wages for your two employees as your direct labor. It typically takes two days to make 1,000 cookies.
Estimate and explain the cost per cookie based on process costing with 40% conversion costs. Identify the top three processes you feel are needed to make the cookies and prepare a production cost sheet for one of those processes.
Estimate and explain the sales price you plan to set per cookie based on the cost data.
Part 3: Compare and contrast the costing methods used in this project, including which you believe provides the most useful information as a manager.

Part 4: Discuss what will happen to revenue if the number of the cookies sold increases or decreases.

In this unit lesson, we discuss the benefits of implementing an ergonomics program. One of the most compelling reasons for the application of ergonomics is injury prevention. However, regardless of the moral and ethical arguments for injury prevention, businesses do not always find it cost effective.

Consider your current or previous employer. Was there an ergonomics program, and if so, what did it include? For example, was there training or guidelines? If there were not, what type of training or guidelines would be helpful?

Concept: Delegation

Case Study

You are working the night shift on a medical unit and have been assigned charge nurse responsibilities. You are working with four RNs, one LPN, and two UAPs. A client becomes pulseless and is not breathing, and the nurse assigned to the clients care calls a code. The nurse is occupied at this clients bedside for 1.5 hours until the resuscitation effort is completed, and the client is transferred to the intensive care unit. This nurse also has four other assigned clients. In addition to the nurse assigned to care for the client requiring resuscitation, two of the other nurses working on your unit are assisting in the code.

Review the case study and write an essay (suggested length of 23 pages, excluding title page and reference page) in which you do the following:

Discuss what tasks could you delegate to the UAPs?
The LPN working on the unit is a new graduate and has been employed for only 4 weeks. How would you collaborate with this nurse when delegating tasks for completion?
Discuss how you will maintain the safety of the other clients on your unit while three nurses are occupied with the client requiring resuscitation?

Anthropometric Design Exercise

This assignment is designed to provide an opportunity to apply the concepts you have learned in the Unit I Lesson regarding the inclusion of ergonomics during the design process. Specifically, you will be using anthropometric data to develop design recommendations.

As a recent graduate of Safety and Emergency Services program, you have just been hired as a member of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) staff for Aston Martin Lagonda Automotive Manufacturing located in Gaydon, England. Your first work assignment requires you to work with members of the facilities improvement team to develop design recommendations for new office workstations.

Using the ergonomic design guidelines discussed in the unit lesson and the appropriate anthropometric data from Tables 3.2 and 3.4 in the course textbook, develop a proposal for the new workstations. Your proposal should be a minimum of two pages in length, not counting the title page and the references page, MUST include a copy of your computations/calculations, and may include graphics to illustrate your design. You are required to use a minimum of two outside sources; one may be the textbook. Your proposal should be written to your management and must include the following two parts:

Part 1:

a brief introduction that identifies the nature of the work assignment;
an overview of the importance of including ergonomics in the design process;
an overview of how anthropometry can be used to address human variability.
Part 2:

Complete the following using the calculation template:
