Reflection Paper: Identify a critical pastoral care issue in your congregation or community (i.e. mental illness). Interview your pastor in order to gather further information/data/history about that particular ‘issue’ – such as how it is being engaged (or not) by your church or community, and what insights you may be able to bring into the situation.

FOOTNOTE AND BIBLIOGRAPHY FORMAT ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS
OVERVIEW
This assignment is designed to ensure you are able to find scholarly resources in the Liberty online library, access and quote those sources, and then cite those sources in proper footnote and bibliographic formats.
This assignment is a major assignment and will require extensive time looking up and citing sources. Please do not delay in starting to work on this assignment.
In a couple of weeks, you will be responsible for writing a paper comparing and contrasting the approaches presented in Deep & Wide and The Prodigal Church. One book promotes an attractional model, and the other book presents more of a missional model. You will use those categories to find various sources in the library. This assignment helps you get into the habit of starting to collect sources for your major papers early in the term so that you can properly process the information.
INSTRUCTIONS
For this assignment, you will provide select resources in proper Turabian footnote and bibliographic form. Do not use the date-first Turabian style, but utilize the style with the publication year near the end of the reference. Additionally, do not assume that citation helps (even in a library databases) are correct. Generally, they are not.
To help you with this assignment, a template has been provided for you in the course. Additionally, to help you with providing the citation precisely, you should utilize the Footnote and Bibliography Format Examples provided in the course. This document lists the major types of sources you will need to access and shows what each source type looks like in its bibliographic and footnote format. I recommend using these to documents extensively.
You will provide a cover page and contents page.
For each required source, you will have a quote from the source that ends with a footnote. Then, at the end of the paper, each source will be cited in the bibliography. (Again, be sure to use the template and aid provided in the course. These will help tremendously.)
All formatting should follow current Turabian style standards.
The assignment will be strictly graded based on the quality of the sources selected and the accuracy of the formatting provided.
You must include the following sources:
2 Dissertations or Theses addressing the Attractional Church.
2 Dissertations or Theses addressing the Missional Church.
5 Academic Journal Articles interacting with the issues related to missional or attractional church approaches.
5 Books interacting with the issues related to missional or attractional church approaches.
A scholarly Commentary on Acts, Ephesians, and 1 Timothy. Thus, you will have three separate commentaries here. One for each of those books. The commentary selected can cover multiple books of the Bible, but one of these books must be present in the title for each citation. Do not cite a commentary that covers the entire Bible in one or two volumes. A scholarly commentary will extensively address a particular passage and extensively cite other sources. A scholarly commentary is different than a devotional commentary or one that reduplicates the author’s sermons.
NOTE
1, Before you apply for the paper, ensure that you are really good at formatting and Turabian Footnote and referencing seriously, if not it will be a waste of time.
2. Look at the instructions and read it and digest the content before you apply
3. The Template attached to the paper is an instruction and that is what you will open and input all the vital information’s into.
4. I also have another template that you will also open and use as a guide. It is important that you open it.
5. I will also help to go into the Liberty University Library to get you vital information’s needed accordingly and as needed and upload it for you immediately you are ready for it. Let me know how to help you and I will.

True, free private search on a large scale is impossible to offer at present. We have tried for years now to obtain another private search partnership since Google annulled ours, but it simply isnt possible. Its cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars (even with the donations from thousands of you) over the past few years to keep Epic going. The expense is so great at our scale we couldnt afford to launch our mobile browsers even though they’ve been ready and are fantastic. Epic protects hundreds of thousands of people around the world everyday. Our encrypted proxy/VPN is powered by hundreds of servers in eight different countries. To keep Epic an ongoing project, we had to become sustainable via our search options. Epic will now have two search options: free search by Yahoo & paid private search via EpicSearch.in.
When you use the default Yahoo-powered search in Epic, youll get better search results and support our mission including more frequent releases and hundreds more servers for our encrypted proxy/VPN. All searches sent to Yahoo are encrypted for your privacy and security. According to their requirements, Yahoo search does bypass both our proxy and adblock. Upon ad click in Yahoo search, the proxy and adblock remain disabled for several seconds. Their goal is to insure the integrity of their search ad marketplace. Due to their policies, a few other Yahoo sites including Techcrunch, Engadget, Autoblog, HuffPo and AOL bypass our adblock. No other sites bypass our adblock or proxy so Epic works almost entirely as it always has except in respect to the Yahoo sites.
We believe it is impossible at present to offer honest, free private search. Weve received many requests to support so-called private search engines such as Startpage, DuckDuckGo and others. To our knowledge there are no exceptions to Google/Bing mandates to share a users IP address and or location both to retrieve search ads and upon search ad click. It is misleading to claim to be private if youre sharing your users data with Google/Bing. Despite multiple requests, they refuse to explain to us how they work.
EpicSearch sends only your search query to a third-party to retrieve search results, never any IP or other personal information. It continues to be the only reasonably true, private, search engine in the world. To sustain it and keep it ad-free, we will soon charge a nominal $2.50 a month fee. All Epic users can use built-in Yahoo search for free.
Thank you for your support of Epic. Youve kept us going as well as helped change the entire tech industry focus. When Epic launched over five years ago, the vast majority of people in technology laughed at us saying nobody cares about privacy. Today, no one is laughing. Companies like Apple have launched massive hundred million dollar ad campaigns around privacy (more marketing than truth in the case of the iPhone — this changes with the upcoming Epic for iOS launch :-). Were thrilled to now be on a sustainable path to soon serve millions of users everyday. Privacy is serious and it matters. This is Epic!

Bible 364 Forum: Forum 4 (Module 6)
Topic: Paul
1.Did Paul die when he was stoned in Lystra? What is the evidence for each position, yes and no? Pauls testimony in 2 Corinthians 12 is often associated with this event. Is that valid? What are the reasons why it should or should not be associated with his stoning? Use the Bible, Ger, and one additional scholarly source to research this and to present your position.
2.Fresh on the heels of the Jerusalem Council, Paul insists on circumcising Timothy. Why would he consider this necessary? Was Paul being hypocritical, since the Council had just determined Gentiles need not be circumcised for salvation? Use the Bible, Ger, and one additional scholarly source to research this and to present your position.
THREAD
Your thread must answer the two questions in at least 300 words (150 words per question). This guideline promotes writing that is thorough, yet concise enough to permit your classmates to read all the threads. You must include references to the Bible, the textbook, and at least 1 additional outside source to support your positions. References must be formatted in the current Turabian style. First-person perspective (e.g., I or we) is allowed in all your posts.
The Post First feature has been activated in the Discussion Board Forums for this course. You will need to post your thread before you will be able to view and reply to other students’ threads.
Threads are due by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on Friday of Modules/Weeks 1, 2, 4, and 6.
