Behavioral Economics

I need a paper of 10 pages for my Nudging Class. The title should be ” How to Nudge  investors to make better choices”.
The paper should be : While flexible if you prefer a different structure, I strongly recommend you keep in mind the BASIC framework from OECD that we have discussed in class. Accordingly, your paper could have a structure similar to the following:

I.              Behavioral problem (identify a behavioral problem, and explain its importance; eg: there are not enough organ donors, this is relevant because)

II.              Behavioral analysis (analyze the problem from the behavioral point of view: is it a problem of attention? Belief formation? Choice? Determination? What are the biases or behavioral regularities involved in the undesirable behavior? Eg: for organ donation there could be several explanantion, a possible one: determination as in I want to be an organ donor, but I dont wanna think about it now)

III.            Behavioral solution (identify the kind of intervention that in your opinion would be useful to correct the undesirable behavior; eg. For organ donation, use the Default effect)

IV.            Behavioral intervention (this comprises an experimental step, in which you test your hypothesized solution, and a deployed solution; eg, for organ donation, change the forms when renewing driving license of course you are not required to carry out neither of these steps, but you would need to think about possible experimental design.)

Organisational Context

Describe in your own words what is meant by the term organizational context. Then, perform research in  Google Scholar, or a professional or peer-reviewed source and select an example of an organization with which you are familiar, or an organization that you would like to know more about. You can use a business organization, a government division or agency, a non-governmental organization, or a non-profit business as your example.

NOTE: I highly recommend you use a small to medium sized entity that has already been certified to the 14001 standard in your analysis, or you could use the organization that employs you. You will have the option of performing more detailed analyses of this organization as the class progresses. Many states have environmental leadership programs which recognize companies with certified environmental management systems. For some examples, Colorado’s Environmental Leadership Program can be found at https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/cdphe/environmental-leadership-program.

Utilizing your chosen example, describe each of the following items, as appropriate:

The external environmental conditions that can either affect the organizations purpose, or be affected by its operations;
The external cultural, social, political, legal, regulatory, financial, technological, economic, and competitive circumstances in which the organization operates;
The internal characteristics or conditions of the organization, such as its activities, products and services, strategic direction, culture, and capabilities;
Names and titles of interested parties who are affected by either the organizations decisions or its activities related to its environmental performance; and
The scope of any environmental management system the organization has implemented. If the organization has not implemented an environmental management system, define what you consider would be an appropriate scope for such a system.

The Role of the Public Commemorative Monument

This is a broad topic and you will need to find a narrow focus within it. Your paper should have at least five (5) academic references- a min of 2 ebooks, 2 academic journals and 1 website. You can exceed this.

-Sources such as Wikipedia, Brittania, Encarta, or any other online dictionaries or other very short non-academic Internet entries like artsy, artstory, youtube, videos are NOT allowed.

-The monuments I have chosen are within Islamic art : I have attached the monument titles for you to look at as well as citations for journals and the pdf’s for the journals and articles.

Formatting Guidelines:

-Cite dates as follows:  1832-1836; 15 July 1836; the fifteenth-century; c. 1500; fifteenth-century houses.

-Place quotations within double inverted commas; quotations within quotations in single inverted commas.  Quotations more than 6 lines long should start on the next line and use a single-spaced block quote format.

– Images are to be included at the back of your essay in an image appendix

Welcome to Sodom (2018) in relation to Business ethics MINDMAP

1) Read de Vrind, “From environmental ethics to sustainable decision-making” (Uploaded) and the two short academic magazine articles on Agbogbloshi (link below) . DO  LITTLE SUMMARY OF EACH ARTICLE SEPARATELY.
https://africasacountry.com/2019/03/six-myths-about-electronic-waste-in-agbogbloshie-ghana

https://theconversation.com/how-potential-of-massive-e-waste-dump-in-ghana-can-be-harnessed-121953

2) Think about the situation in the film: who are the various “actors” (e.g. workers, companies…) involved? What are their interests in this situation? How would you fit their relationships into a diagram?

3) Take the important quote you found from the film – “It’s not a place where you live long but it is a good place for business” – and make a mindmap of the various “actors” and their pros and cons. Write a short explanation (with examples) of how a teleological approach to ethics would apply in and to the situation in your mindmap. Since you’re interested also in how the situation for the Agbogbloshie workers could be improved, while still enabling them to continue working, also take a look at de Vrind’s Figure 6.2 and have a think about how your mindmap description of the situation in the film might fit into this diagram.

uploaded you can find the article on de Vrind’s, the first thoughts on the film Welcome to Sodom and notes notes about this film but in relation to business ethics, social justice and social responsibility.

Guidelines
The purpose of this assignment is to build your analytical skills. These questions are designed to help you better understand the document and its historical significance. Your job here is to fully answer these questions: simple one-word answers will not suffice. In order to get full credit on this assignment you must fully explain your answers and give examples from the source. The point is for you to come out of this with a very good understanding of these documents. Fully answering these questions will help you do so.

Since you will quote from the source assigned in order to illustrate your analysis, it is required that you include citations and give credit for use of the source.

Expected minimum length of the Primary Source Analysis assignment is 500 words. This length does not include the Chicago-style footnote citation or any heading and title details. The following questions direct you in completing an analysis of the source assigned, and you should compile your analysis in essay form with your answers as part of paragraphs.

Identification: Who wrote or created the document and what makes that person significant to the time period of the document/source?
Audience: Who is the intended audience and why is that group significant to the time period of the document/source?
Main idea: Give a short summary of the document.
Analysis: What is the purpose of this document? What details lead you to this conclusion? What questions does this source raise?
Evidence: Give specific examples from the document that support your answer for question 4 (make sure to use footnotes as your citations for the source).
Keep focused on developing ideas about the significance of the document based on these questions, and include your position (as an argument, thesis, or description of that significance), in the section of your submitted assignment that answers question 4.
